As a judge, you’ll:

  • Sit on a panel at one of our regional finals, watch 90-second lightning pitches, ask questions, and score the best ideas
  • Give founders actionable feedback and help shape the next generation of UK & Ireland startups

Sherry Coutu CBE

Sherry Coutu has 30 years of experience in digital, information services, and education. As an entrepreneur, Sherry founded Interactive Investor International plc, Founders4Schools, Digital Boost and the Scale-Up Institute. She is also an active angel investor and an LP in several venture capital firms.

Jamie Crummie

Jamie Crummie is the co-founder of Too Good to Go, a platform fighting food waste by connecting customers to restaurants and stores that have surplus unsold food.

Anthony Rose

Anthony Rose is the founder and CEO of SeedLegals, a platform that enables founders and investors to create, negotiate and sign all the legal agreements they need to do a funding round.

Simon Squibb

Simon Squibb is an entrepreneur and angel investor who has invested in over 60 startups, mentored hundreds of budding founders and has started 17 companies.

Tom March

Tom March is the founder of Redrice Ventures, who support founders creating premium consumer brands, platforms, and related B2B tech solutions.

Ezechi Britton

Ezechi Britton MBE is a serial tech entrepreneur and CEO of Centre for Finance, Innovation and Technology (CFIT), who work with industry, academia, policymakers and researchers to identify the skills and talent challenges facing the financial services sector.

Johnny Paterson

Johnny Paterson is the co-founder of Dr.PAWPAW, a multi-purpose beauty, hair and skincare brand that is available in over 45 countries and hundreds of retailers worldwide. He is also a UK Export Champion for the Department of Business and Trade, helping and advising businesses to grow their export business around the world.

Samantha Smith

In 2007, Sam founded finnCap. Under her leadership, as the youngest and only female chief executive of a City broker, finnCap is now one of the leading and fastest-growing independent brokers in the City.

Darren Westlake

Darren co-founded the popular funding site Crowdcube. Crowdfunding platform Crowdcube believes in “Funding the Wonderful”, supporting entrepreneurs who dream big, push at the edges and want to challenge the status quo.

Tugce Bulut

Tugce Bulut co-founded Streetbees in 2015. Streetbees has raised over $50 million in investment and has grown from 0 to 200 employees. In 2024, Streetbees have been nominated as finalists for MRS Best data Solution, National Technology and Digital Transformation Awards.

Alexander Amosu

Amosu has been ranked 98th in the Telegraph’s UK’s most powerful British Business people awards and has been featured in the Sunday Times’ Top 40 under 40 in the UK.

Anne Boden

Anne Elizabeth Boden MBE is a Welsh tech entrepreneur. She is the founder and former CEO of Starling Bank.

Rachel Elnaugh - Love

Rachel is an experienced entrepreneur, business mentor and speaker. Rachel founded the popular gift experience company, Red Letter Days, in 1989. Rachel was also a Dragon on the popular BBC show, Dragons’ Den.

Greg Tufnell

Greg is a managing partner at Prime Advantage Capital Partners and business growth advisor. Previously, Greg was the managing director of Mothercare and buying and merchandising director of Next.

Katerina Hayes

Katerina is an impact investor at Mint Ventures and founder & CEO of Naked Kimchi & Co. Katerina offers business mentoring and coaching and is a serial angel investor.
