What do I get from entering the competition?

The Pitch is the biggest startup competition in the UK. We’ve worked hard to build a platform for founders to improve their pitch and meet investors.

  1. As a contestant, you have the opportunity to work with a pitching coach, pitch to investors and get feedback
  2. Finalists compete with the best startups in the country, meet investors and get a prize package from our partners
  3. The Pitch winner gets an exclusive mentoring package with industry-leading entrepreneurs and PR

How does The Pitch work?

We’re looking for the best startups in the UK. The top 250 applicants go to free, day-long boot camps across the country. You’ll get to work with a pitching coach, pitch to investors and build your network.

The top 10 go to The Pitch Final in November to pitch in front of an audience of journalists, investors and business leaders.

Thanks to our incredible partners, The Pitch is completely free!

What The Pitch community thinks

The Pitch is a competition that cares about the startups involved. An amazing community has sprung up around the events over the last decade, with lots of founders sharing advice and speaking at events.

All the sessions in the programme were extremely useful. It’s a great opportunity to get inspired, learn from others and to share our experience.

– Oddbox co-founder Emilie Vanpoperinghe

The Pitch was a fantastic opportunity to network and learn. We found the workshops really helpful. We met Crowdcube there and went on to raise £250,000.

– Rockit co-founder Matt Dyson
